Summary CONTRACT POSITION Desktop application support (erp, office, engineering) Win10/VDI, Office/Office365, Active Directory, Desktop imaging, VMware, server apps (reports, barcode, etc), email, etc User Helpdesk Analyst Main responsibility will be to provide direct support and troubleshooting services for end-users. Good understanding of computer hardware and software. Strong communication skills are essential as must effectively communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical individuals. Problem-solving with attitude for learning and adapting new skills are ideal. The candidate will support IT solutions in a production/manufacturing environment. Must work well in a team setting. One year experience with HelpDesk support required. The preferred level of education is a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline. Must be US citizen or permanent resident. Skills: - HIGH Analyze and troubleshooting skills - MODERATE Microsoft Office troubleshooting - MODERATE Able to train users on new technology - HIGH Install, configure, update PC software and operating systems - MODERATE Microsoft active directory - MODERATE networking fundamentals
